At the opening ceremony, Zhou Hehua, Executive Deputy Director of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee Financial Commission Office and Director of the Chongqing Local Financial Regulatory Bureau, released the White Paper on the Development of the Western Financial Center (Chongqing). The white paper showcased Chongqing's practical achievements in making concerted efforts at a high level to jointly build the Western Financial Center across multiple fields, documented the blueprint for Chongqing's high-standard implementation of various financial projects, and created a model for the high-quality service of the financial industry to the construction of a modern new Chongqing.开幕式上，中共重庆市委金融委员会办公室常务副主任、重庆市地方金融管理局局长周和华发布了《西部金融中心（重庆）发展白皮书》。白皮书从多个领域展现了重庆全力高水平协同共建西部金融中心的实景化成果，记录了重庆高标准实施金融各项工程的施工图，打造了金融行业高质量服务现代化新重庆建设的样板间。
During the conference, several authoritative experts in the financial field delivered keynote speeches. Xiao Gang, former Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, delivered a speech titled "Mergers and Acquisitions Restructuring Facilitates the Development of New Quality Productive Forces," delving into the new opportunities and challenges in the mergers and acquisitions restructuring market. Zhou Yanli, former Vice Chairman of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, discussed "Accomplishing the Five Major Tasks in Finance to Accelerate the Pace of Building a New Highland for Finance in the Western Region," pointing out the direction for Chongqing's financial innovation and development.大会期间，多位金融领域权威专家发表了主题演讲。中国证券监督管理委员会原主席肖钢以《并购重组助力发展新质生产力》为题，深入剖析了并购重组市场的新机遇与挑战；原中国保险监督管理委员会副主席周延礼则围绕“做好金融五篇大文章，加快西部金融新高地建设步伐”展开论述，为重庆金融创新发展指明方向。
Notably, several important unveiling and signing ceremonies were held at the conference. The Western Training Base for Certified Fintech Professionals and the Joint Laboratory for Digital Government Innovation and Application were unveiled, providing strong support for the cultivation of financial technology talents and the construction of digital governments in the central and western regions. Meanwhile, the Board Association of the City of London and the Administrative Committee of Chongqing Jiangbeizui Central Business District signed a memorandum of cooperation, aiming to deepen exchanges and strengthen cooperation in areas such as green finance.值得关注的是，大会上举行了多项重要揭牌与签约仪式。注册金融科技师西部培训基地和数字政府创新应用联合实验室揭牌成立，将为中西部地区金融科技人才培养和数字政府建设提供有力支撑。同时，伦敦金融城董事协会与重庆江北嘴中央商务区管委会签署合作备忘录，双方将在绿色金融等领域深化交流、加强合作。
